At KIT Sports Equipment, we are committed to providing quality sports and fitness equipment and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent returns process in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa .
30-Day Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange eligible items for another size, model, or product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly:

Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.

Products damaged through misuse, abuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, KIT Sports Equipment will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return shipping.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa).
