The FORZA FORZA 2in1 Rugby Lineout Hoop Net & Target is an essential training tool to perfect your lineout throwing accuracy. The pole extends from 185cm to 250cm, which is great for solo practice or team training at junior or senior levels. The heavy-duty aluminium and steel construction means it can withstand high-intensity training sessions, and the fluorescent yellow hoop is great for training in low visibility. The 3.8kg pole is lightweight for easy transportation between training sessions and matches. The lineout hoop also comes with a top cover to protect the hoop when not in use, which can also be used as a target instead of the net. The cover comes in two colours on either side (yellow on one side, black on the other) for a 'stop' and 'go' action, ideal for loud or busy training sessions or to avoid shouting.
