The FORZA Competition Sandbags are engineered to replicate the demands of HYROX & functional fitness events, delivering a challenging, instability-based workout that develops full-body strength, grip endurance & core control. Featuring a premium ripstop outer shell with a waterproof PVC coating, these sandbags are built to withstand intense training environments in both commercial gyms & home setups. Designed with an internal loading system, each sandbag uses multiple high-density filler bags to create a shifting weight distribution, forcing athletes to stabilise throughout lifts, carries & conditioning drills. The result is a more dynamic & competition-relevant training experience compared to traditional fixed weights. Six reinforced textile handles provide multiple grip positions, allowing for a wide range of exercises including carries, squats, presses & lunges. Unlike plastic alternatives, the fabric handles maintain grip even during high-sweat sessions, making them ideal for high-intensity workouts. Three official race weights available (10kg, 20kg & 30kg), ensuring you have everything you need & are fully prepared for the day of the competition.
