Designed for top performance and protection, these premium 50cm x 50cm gym tiles are constructed from 95% recycled SBR rubber and 5% EPDM for outstanding durability and shock absorption. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, each tile features a finely textured, non-slip surface that offers excellent grip and is easy to clean. The thicker 20mm and 30mm options include integrated ventilation grooves for improved airflow and moisture resistance, helping to maintain a dry and safe workout environment. Perfect for free weight zones, functional training spaces, or full gym floor coverage.

Mat Thickness Guide:

• 10mm: Recommended for light use (yoga, Pilates, and bodyweight workouts)
• 15mm: Recommended for home gyms with free weights (Dumbbells and kettlebells)
• 20mm: Recommended for medium to heavy strength training
• 30mm: Recommended for high-impact use (Olympic lifting and commercial gyms)

• The mats have a size tolerance threshold of +/-0.5% of 50cm due to the production process meaning that sizes can vary slightly in the cooling process.
• PLEASE NOTE: The 10mm (all colours) & 15mm (all colours) thicknesses are NOT compatible with the tile connectors
• 6 months warranty - Please Note: In this period, we will replace any defective products at no additional cost. However, this does NOT include malicious damage, lost/stolen goods or altered products.
• PLEASE NOTE: For best results, we recommend the H pattern installation. Lay the tiles in a brick-style pattern, starting with one full row and offsetting the next by half a tile (25cm) to help prevent gaps and ensure a secure, seamless finish.
