The weight plate spikes have a diameter of 25mm, suitable to fit alternative body pump weight plates weighing from 1.25kg to 5kg. Adjustable feet ensure maximum stability of the rack & to protect the flooring in your workout space. METIS Pump Rack Set is ideal for use in places such as commercial gyms, home gym studios, schools & colleges.
